    It has been my honor and privilege to serve you as your 31st Suffolk Register of Deeds.  Since taking office in 2016 we have made several improvements at the Suffolk Registry of Deeds to best serve you!
    
    We have redesigned the website by making it easier to use, fully accessible, and mobile friendly.  We are continuing to make changes to www.suffolkdeeds.com everyday to best provide helpful information and resources.  We have taken the Suffolk Registry of Deeds into every neighborhood in Suffolk County to bring the office resources closer to you.  We have also partnered with other government agencies and local non-profit organizations that specialize in housing issues, predatory lending, foreclosure prevention, and home ownership.  We now have Registry staff that are fluent in Spanish, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and we have offered additional training to improve the accuracy of Registry records. And everyday, first and foremost, we are working for you and committed to keeping your real estate records safe and accessible.
